Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club

The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club, chartered in 1926, has been serving
our community for nearly 100 years. Our members serve Fuquay-Varina
and surrounding areas through volunteer service and the fundraising that
supports our service projects.

The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club members work together to expand our
impact in our community. Our community service projects are varied and fall under five directives of our National and State Federations: Arts and Culture, Education and Libraries, Civic Engagement and Outreach, Health and Wellness, and Environment. A few of our annual projects include an Arts Festival for 24 local schools; Scholarships for local students; Mini-Grants distributed to local teachers ; first responder and military appreciation ; Backpack Buddies in four local schools; fellowship with elderly residents such as Bingo fun and crafts at local senior communities and community centers; physical and mental health awareness programs ; Wreaths Across America in Fuquay-Varina; environmental stewardship and animal protection. OUR IMPACT
The impact of our volunteer work is measured in the lives we affect and
the changes we make in Fuquay-Varina. We are diverse in age, interests,
and experiences, but we are united by a desire to create positive
changes, and together, we transform lives every day.
